Chinese authorities issue 1st batch of RCP import licences for 2019

On 14 December 2018, Chinese authorities issued the first batch of licences for the import of RCP into China, covering a total of more than 5 million t. Nine Dragons accounted for more than one fifth of this amount, landing a licence to import 1,38 million t. Guangzhou Paper’s licence covered 730,000 t and Lee & Man’s licence amounted to 648,000 t. Shandong Huatai is allowed to import 680,000 t, Shanying International 460,000 t and Zhejiang Shanying 195,000 t.
