Fabio Perini S.p.A presents for the first time at MIAC the 100% biodegradable, eco-friendly and plastic-free packaging made by Casmatic packaging machines.
One of the company’s main values is to pursue a model of sustainable growth, and it is precisely in this logic of respect for the environment that Casmatic offers the Paper Packaging Solution market an innovative, totally ecological proposal.
The new Paper Packaging Solution packages are made of virgin paper “coupled” with Mater-Bi a bioplastic, totally recyclable, 100% biodegradable and compostable, 100% plastic-free. The new Paper Packaging Solution is in the process of obtaining certification for disposal as humid/organic waste.
This proposal is not only a highly differentiating plus for all customers at the forefront of the sector and particularly sensitive to sustainability but also guarantees excellent product protection. The combination of the thickness and weight of paper and Mater-BI’s 9-micron film is, in fact, the perfect mix of product protection, packaging hold, and price that is comparable to that of classic polyethylene. The paper protects the content, while the internal bioplastic favours the sealing of the package.
The packages presented at MIAC are produced on two latest-generation packaging machines: Casmatic A6T and CMW1000.
