Merichem Appoints Adam Peakes as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Merichem Company announced the appointment of Adam Peakes to the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Peakes comes to Merichem with a strong background in strategic financial management, including mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Merichem, Peakes served as Senior Vice President and CFO of Noble Corporation from Jan. 2017 – Sep 2019. Prior to Noble, he served as Managing Director and Head of OFS Investment Banking at Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Company since Aug. 2011. From 1999 to 2011, Peakes held various roles at Goldman Sachs & Company, including most recently as Managing Director, Global Natural Resources in the Investment Banking Division.

Peakes received a BA in political science and managerial studies from Rice University in 1995 and earned his MBA from Harvard Business School in 2000.
