SFT Group, Russia’s largest corrugated cardboard producer, is strengthening its positions in the domestic market by the increase of productivity of its flagship production facilities, according to the company and some Russian media reports.
That takes place through the modernization of equipment and the introduction of new technologies.
Currently, modernization is carried out at all sites of the Cardboard Division of the company: Kamenskaya BKF JSC (Kuvshinovo, Tver Region), Aleksinskaya BKF LLC (Aleksin, Tula Region), Kartontara LLC (Maikop, Republic of Adygea).
In March 2021, the new paper mill at the JSC Kamenskaya BKF produced 20,430 tons of containerboard, which became an absolute record for its 7-year history of the mill. Since its commissioning in 2013, PM-7 has produced more than 1,5 million tons of cardboard and paper.
In addition to domestic market, at present the company’s products are supplied to more than 20 countries in Europe, South America, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.
