In December, price for wood pellets imported to European Union loses 6%

In December 2022, the average price for wood pellets imported to European Union decreased 6% compared to the previous month at $267 per tonne. This is 51% more than a year ago when it was $177. The imports of wood pellets to European Union contracted 9% year-on-year to 404 thousand tonnes in December.
